This Privacy Policy describes how Modular Technology Solutions Pte Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Rapid Apps ("the Service").
1. Information We Collect
When you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We store the projects, configuration entries, canned prompts, and scratchpad notes you create within the Service.
API keys and secrets you store are encrypted in your browser using AES-GCM 256-bit encryption before being transmitted to or stored in our database. We do not have the ability to read your stored secrets.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to provide and operate the Rapid Apps service. We use your email to identify your account and associate your data with your session. We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond operating the Service.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to operate the Service. We use Supabase for database hosting and authentication infrastructure. Supabase processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
4. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies enabled. API keys and secrets are encrypted client-side in your browser before storage — meaning even we cannot read them. Access to the Service requires authentication via Google OAuth.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the address below and we will process your request within 30 days.
6. Cookies & Tracking
The Service uses session tokens issued by Supabase Auth to maintain your login state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools that share data with external parties.
7. Your Rights
