Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rapid Apps, operated by Modular Technology Solutions Pte Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Rapid Apps, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Rapid Apps is a productivity and project management tool designed for rapid application development consultants. It allows users to organise project configurations, store credentials, manage canned prompts, and connect to AI and third-party service providers.
3. Your Account
Access to the Service is provided via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to store unlawfully obtained credentials, engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network.
5. Credential Security
While API keys and secrets are encrypted client-side before storage, you are solely responsible for the security and permissions scope of any credentials you store in the Service. We strongly recommend storing only credentials with the minimum necessary permissions. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from compromised or misused credentials.
6. Third-Party Services
Rapid Apps integrates with or allows you to store configurations for third-party services including AI providers, databases, hosting platforms, and authentication providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding of Rapid Apps is the property of Modular Technology Solutions Pte Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
8. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service, including projects, prompts, and notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modular Technology Solutions Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
